An iSpawn-Breeding System allows us to obtain thousands of synchronized zebrafish eggs.

Starting at 24hpf, zebrafish embryos can be sorted according to fluroescence by our COPAS system.

We typically sort directly in pre-spotted 96 well plates.

After incubation for several hours or days, zebrafish can be imaged in an automated way either using our VAST system or our high content imager Operetta CLS.

Obtained images are analysed in an automated way to identify effective compounds.
